Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hometown Storage, we strive to provide fair and transparent reservation policies.
Reservation Deposits
Reservation deposits are used to secure storage space and remove that space from available inventory. No refund is offered for reservation cancellations.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled storage start date.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the scheduled storage date may result in forfeiture of all or part of the reservation deposit.
Monthly Rentals
Monthly rental payments are generally non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
Commercial Suites
Commercial suite deposits, lease payments, and security deposits are governed by the executed lease agreement.
Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
